What we agree before work begins
The quality of specialist building work depends as much on the substrate and sequence of installation as it does on the visible finish. We inspect the existing surfaces and coordinate the trades so each stage is properly completed.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
