What we agree before work begins
Site supervision connects the design intent with the finished construction. We check that work follows the agreed specifications and identify issues early, before they become more difficult or expensive to correct.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
