What we agree before work begins
Good plumbing work begins with an accurate diagnosis and access to the true source of the problem. We plan each intervention to avoid unnecessary damage and coordinate the proper reinstatement of walls, floors and finishes.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
