What we agree before work begins
Before recommending any work, we first identify the underlying cause. We assess the condition of the building and plan the required interventions as one coordinated technical solution, rather than a series of isolated repairs.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
