What we agree before work begins
Electrical work should reflect both the property's current needs and how it will be used in the future. We assess the existing installation and plan new circuits before walls are closed and final finishes are applied.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
