What we agree before work begins
The screed is the foundation for many of the finishes that follow. We assess the substrate, required thicknesses, finished levels and drainage falls so tiles, stone or other flooring can be installed correctly.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
