SCOPE OF WORK
What we agree before work begins
Architectural design is about more than appearance. It establishes how the property will function, defines practical construction solutions and clarifies material choices, allowing for more accurate pricing and a better-built result.
Before starting, we confirm what is included, the key material and design decisions already made, and any matters that still require clarification. This gives the owner and every trade a shared understanding of the scope and sequence of work.
